A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has specialized in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and custom display stands since 2001.
Q2: What is your typical order delivery time?
A: Generally, within 15 days. Delivery time depends heavily on the order quantity and specific racking design requirements.
Q3: What are your accepted terms of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), and the remaining balance will be cleared by T/T before dispatch.
Q4: Are product samples available upon request?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge a nominal sample fee, which is fully refundable on your next bulk order.
Q5: How can I assemble and install the racking systems?
A: We provide detailed step-by-step installation instructions for every model of racking. If required, we can also arrange engineering consultation to assist you.
Q6: What is the difference between a "main rack" and an "add-on rack"?
A: The difference lies in the uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 upright frames, whereas an add-on rack is a continuation unit requiring only 1 upright to connect to the main rack. For instance, a continuous line of 15 wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
